I’m Maria
HOLISTIC LIFE COACH. STUDENT OF SOUL SCHOOL.
I’ve known since I was 13 that I wanted to be a life coach because since I was a kid I was fascinated by how some people could struggle through life and others, who had the same challenges or worse could be so much happier and have such different outlooks.
When I was young I made a promise to myself to be the latter and while my journey has had its twists and turns it’s something I’m committed to now more than ever.
I think of life as Soul School and every challenge, worry, hurt, and setback as an opportunity to grow in the awareness of who we really are so we can enjoy life - moment by moment - while staying open and connected.
I believe that is how we experience heaven on Earth and in my time here it is my mission to help others cultivate the curiosity, self-compassion, connection, courage and openness needed so they can find greater ease and joy in their one precious life.
