Terms & Policies

COACHING PACKAGE PURCHASE POLICY:

All coaching packages are non refundable. The first payment is due before the first coaching session to get started and payment is due in full before completeing the second half of coaching sessions as stated in your coaching agreement. 

MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY:

Maria respects your time and availability and asks that you respect hers too. Please be on time and give AT LEAST 12 hours notice if you cannot make a scheduled appointment/coaching session. If you are more than 15 minutes late you'll be required to reschedule. If you miss a free appointment two times Maria reserves the right to refuse to book with you.
