In 2018 I suffered a terrible accident where my right foot got crushed between two vehicles and I had extensive damage and an intense rehab. After the accident I fell into a depression. I wasn't eating, I wasn't sleeping. I was totally checked out of everything, just trying to get through one day at a time.
