THRIVE, NOT JUST SURVIVE
I was struggling before the 21 day practices and creating a morning routine helped me climb my way out of the darkness. With the current pandemic crisis, I don’t have a schedule or routine and that throws me off track. I thrive from structure. This program allowed me to bring back structure into my life while being quarantined at home.
This program allows you to gather more tools to allow yourself thrive in your every day life, not just survive. I think having more practices/tools in your toolbox is so valuable, especially during challenging times. Unless we utilize the tools on a daily basis, we may forget to lean on them when we truly need them. This experience helped me process some difficult emotions and allowed me to bring more joy and gratitude into my life.

DAILY DOWN TIME
This program really helped me challenge my habit of waking up and looking at my social media. I had to make time for this practice and give a second to self reflect before starting the busy day. It was a really nice way to add down time to my day.

MINDSET SHIFT
This was the difference that I needed. It allowed me to wake up and begin each day with a grateful heart. I knew I needed to change my outlook on things, but I never knew how. This program helped me change my mindset for the better. I feel as though this has made me more of a morning person. I feel so amazing when I can start my day on a positive note. Each morning I woke up more grounded, focused, and beaming with love and appreciation.
I will open up and say that I have been struggling in my daily life a lot recently. I felt lost, stressed, and confused by the way others were acting around me. Two years ago, I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression. I carry these burdens with me every day, and some days are harder than others.
Yes, I know that anxiety and depression are common among young adults in college, but I felt as though every time I turned around I couldn't get a hold of my life. There were some mornings where I wouldn't even want to leave my bed. When this program was brought to my attention, I knew that this was a sign. I knew that this would be good for me: learning how to love myself for 21 days. I had to jump on this opportunity to help myself and I’m so glad I did.
